This unique culinary experience focuses on teaching participants how to make a potsticker, a popular type of Chinese dumpling. The class covers the entire process of making a pot sticker from scratch, including making the dough, preparing the filling assembling the dumplings, and cooking them to perfection. We’ll serve ours with a rice congee and a traditional dipping sauce.
