The Menu for Chinese New Year is now ready. Changes are always possible , depending on what's in the market closer the time. But we start with the Singapore tradition of Lo Hei or Yet Sang Salad. For those new to it I've changed the profile picture.Starter 1:

Beef dumplings and crispy oyster mushrooms
Main Course:
This will arrive when the kitchen has finished cooking each dish.
1. Cantonese sweet and sour chicken
2. Chicken with cashew nuts and dried chilli
3. Ginger Beef
4. Whole Fish in black bean sauce
5. Green beans with fried tofu
6. Sichuan aubergine with hoisin sauce
7. Smacked cucumber in chilli oil
8. Egg fried rice with chinese sausage
DESSERT:
Steamed custard bun
$40 contribution. Bring your own bottle and let's welcome the year of the water Rabbit.
