Chinese Wontons & Riesling is Kinlylive’s first Eat & Wine Hobby Class, created in collaboration with Four Happiness.
This hands-on evening brings together Chinese wonton-making, an eight-dish tasting menu and five Rieslings selected to explore how different wine styles work with texture, spice, richness and umami.
You’ll learn to fold three regional wonton styles inspired by Shanghai, Guangdong and Sichuan, before sitting down around a shared table to taste the full menu and explore Riesling through different regions, styles and food-pairing principles.
No previous cooking or wine knowledge is needed - the evening is designed to be relaxed, social and accessible whether you’re completely new to Riesling or simply curious to taste Chinese food in a different way.
