Chinese Dumpling Making Class And Lunch In The Park

This fun and casual cooking class take place in the park and will show you how easy it is to make authentic Chinese style pork dumplings (fried and steamed). They are a meal to unto themselves and you can freeze them for quick meals in a pinch. After we make the dumplings we'll sit, eat and socialize!

What to Expect:

• Your instructor will be set up on a picnic table in the park.
• Your instructor will take you from start to finish the process of making dumplings including mixing the ingredients, folding and cooking techniques.
• During the process the group will have opportunities to mix, fold, ask questions as well as socialize.
• After we have cooked the dumplings we will sit and eat. Each person will have 8-10 dumplings.
• The class will take place Eucalyptus Park near the 125, 94 and 8. There is also free parking.
• Please bring something to drink.

Cost: $40

Includes: Dumpling Class, food and processing fees.

The Instructor: Dave Cervini studied culinary arts at the New School and Peter Kumps and served as a sous-chef at hundreds of cooking classes.
