Chinese Christmas Specials at Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen

Fullerton’s 4-time Michelin-Bib Gourmand recognized Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen will be open for regular hours on Christmas Eve and day, and is inviting guests in to enjoy elevated Asian specials from December 24th to the 25th, including:

• General Khan’s Cauliflower ($20) – Garbanzo battered-curry leaf-tangy jaggery glaze
• Chicken Lo Mein ($20) 
• Chow Mein ($20) 
• Sweet and Chili Tiger Shrimp ($22) – Garlic-chili-jaggery-battered prawns

These Indian and Chinese fusion dishes not only celebrate diverse flavors but pay homage to the cultural traditions of non-Christian immigrant communities. Chinese food has become a cherished Christmas tradition for centuries, where restaurants were always open and welcoming on Christmas Day. 

The specials will be available for dine-in only and will be served alongside the restaurant’s regular menu of 100% Halal favorites like Butter Chicken, Sloppy Khan, and Pani Puri. Guests can get a jump on Dry January with Khan Saab’s 100% alcohol-free mocktails, including the spice-filled and refreshing Peshawari Mule and Smoked Negroni featuring Seedlip Spice 94, Rose Syrup, and Palo Santo Bitters, served under a captivating smoke-filled dome.
