CHIMERA is a meditation on pole dance performance — the sometimes sublime, always cacophonous universe of Perfect Girls performing in a chaotic and violent world — enduring the inferno and puncturing it with their luminous spirits and divine coordination

CHIMERA blends language and aesthetics from experience in New York City strip clubs and a multitude of dance genres (pole dance, contemporary, modern, ballet, and Latin ballroom)

CHIMERA (noun)

1. (In Greek Mythology) a fire-breathing female monster with a lions head, a goat’s body, and a serpent’s tail.

2. A thing that is hoped or wished for but in fact is illusory or impossible to achieve
