Join Chilliwack Hospice Society for a calming, supportive outdoor yoga practice designed to gently nurture the body and heart through grief. Led by instructor Emmy Kerr, YTT200, these sessions offer slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness on the mat.
No experience necessary. Participants must be able to get down and off the yoga mat.
