About this Event
Join us for "Chill Pill Yoga," a 40 minute rejuvenating journey to slow down, center in, and foster a deeper connection between your body and mind. This restorative flow practice is designed to expand your range of movement, release stiffness, and invite a profound sense of relaxation.
Led by experienced instructor Erin Marshall, our mindful and meditative sessions encourage curiosity and choice, empowering you to explore your practice at your own pace.
Through a blend of Yin, restorative, and explorative flows, discover the joy of functional movement, enhanced mobility, and a newfound ease and peace within your body.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and reconnect. Leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and as if you've arrived home within yourself.
Mats, Blocks, Bolsters or Cushions Provided (but also feel free to bring your own!)
A herbal tea will be served at the end of the session with an opportunity to say hi to your fellow movers or head on with your evening.
