We had so much fun at our last chili cook-off — and yes, we learned a few things along the way. This time, we’re tightening things up, heating things up, and shortening tasting to 2.5 hours so judges, tasters, and competitors stay fresh, fired up, and fully focused on the chili greatness in front of them.
