T'was the week before Chili Cook Off; the pots were pristine,
And the simmering of chili smelled the best.
The stirring spoons were polished, the aprons were pressed.
The chili was all set to be declared "The Best!"
The Chili Chefs were cooking real hard in their tents,
While visions of hot chilis danced in their heads.
As the judges tasted their chili, the cooks held court,
Hoping The People's Choice Award would be theirs of course!

Limited FREE chili tasting wristbands will be given out starting at 11AM on July 4th. Come early. Stay the day. Bring a water bottle and your sunscreen!
