Children’s Sound Bath (Ages 6–12) – Calm Through Sound

A gentle, calming sound experience designed for children aged 6 to 12 years.

Children aged 6+ are able to attend independently. Each ticket also admits one parent if they wish to stay.

This session offers a calm, structured space where children can settle, listen, and experience sound in a simple and accessible way.

I’m a qualified counsellor and sound practitioner, and I guide sessions in a grounded, steady and age-appropriate way.

The session begins with a short introduction, where I explain what will happen and gently show some of the instruments. There may be a short guided relaxation story to help children settle.

Children are then invited to sit or lie down comfortably.

The sound bath itself lasts approximately 30 minutes, using gentle instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and other soft sound tools.

At the end, there is a short closing period where children may be invited to see and try some of the smaller instruments under supervision (this does not include crystal bowls or larger gongs).

Participation is always optional. Children can sit up, take breaks, or leave the space if needed.

What to Bring
✨ A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
✨ A blanket for comfort
✨ A small pillow or cushion if needed

Separate sessions will be offered for different age groups, including:

• Babies with parents
• Toddlers to 6 years
• Teenagers

When to Arrive
⏰ Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts to allow time to settle in
⏰ Late arrival may not be possible once the session has begun
