The centre’s philosophy and goals are developed in consultation with parents and team members as a collaborative body to determine the needs of the children attending the centre and developing ways to meet those needs. The philosophy and goals are reviewed annually to ensure current trends in the Early Childhood industry are being maintained.
The centre philosophy and goals are reflected within each room’s program and group leader’s personal philosophy. Parents and employees will be consulted when the centre philosophy and goals are required to be reviewed.
At Kidi Kingdom Child Care Centres we pride ourselves in delivering a service to our children, their families and our employees that encompass the following;

All families and children have access to the centre as we aim to meet the needs of all individuals.Inclusive practice encompasses celebrating children’s uniqueness and diversity without tokenistic gestures. Ensuring all children’s uniqueness is embraced but never over empathised.We believe sensitivity and respect for varied cultures and religious practices is important to build relationships and a support network in the community for our families.Inclusion is a dynamic process that allows personal growth for each of us and as a service we are committed in creating awareness of diversity and endeavour to overcome the barriers that affect society each day. Our aim at Kidi Kingdom Child Care Centre’s is to provide a balanced learning environment that incorporates all developmental aspects and opportunities for each individual to develop skills, knowledge and interests through their experiences and learning.We believe we provide a welcoming and positive learning environment where our children can feel comfortable and secure in the absence of their family.Our programs offer developmentally appropriate experiences where children can explore their surroundings and play and learn at their own pace. We evaluate our practices and performance to ensure we can continually improve the outcomes for our children and their families.We provide play based learning as a stimulus for brain development and to support and enhance children’s learning from birth to five years including their transition to school.
