Children's Yoga For Ages 2-3 in Peabody, Ma

The Greenhouse Children's Yoga Sprouts class introduces little ones (ages 2-3) to yoga through playful poses, games, music, and mindful movement. Using fun props that vary each session, children explore balance, strength, and flexibility. Sprouts helps build confidence, body awareness, and a joyful foundation for lifelong mindfulness and movement.
Class runs from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM. To ensure a smooth start, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to park and get settled. Don’t forget to bring water and a yoga mat if you have one!
