This therapy group will focus on enhancing your child's emotional regulation, coping skills, self-esteem, and confidence through fun and interactive activities. Each week brings a new chance for growth and learning, from practicing mindfulness to encouraging creativity. One exciting part of our program is the "Calm Corner." Your child will be able to bring home different tools and resources to create and add to their own Calm Corner in their room. This cozy space will be a place where they can use the skills learned in our sessions and find comfort during tough times. We're excited to support your child's journey to emotional well-being and resilience. Who: Children ages 6-7 years old and a separate group for Children ages 8-10 years old.
Facilitated by: Registered Provisional Psychologist and Mental Health Therapist
When: Both Groups are a 4 week program on Saturdays September 28, October 5, October 19, and October 26. Ages 6-7 years old @12:00pm-1:30pm and Ages 8-10 years old @2:00pm-3:30pm.

Investment: $40/1.5 hr session (covered by most health insurance plans)
