Children's Pottery Class: Grades 5 To 8 - July 8th - 12th

Students will create self portraits and other sculptures and functional pieces that showcase all the wonderful things that make them unique.

In this 5 day program, children learn to express their creativity. They develop the following essential skills

1. Three dimensional visualization
2. Translation into a three dimensional art form.
3. Collaboration
4. Team work
5. Organization and Cleanliness

For kids going into OR already are in Grades 5 through 8 for 2024-2025 School Year.

With Vortex Pottery, children get to learn and express their creativity in a 9000 Sq feet creative space right in the heart of Seattle in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. We are only a few blocks north of Space Needle. Easy to drop off and pick up. Its an Air Conditioned and Access controlled safe space.

Clay, Tools and Apron will be provided

We have a clean break room / Kitchen to eat food if they carry a snack

Children can be dropped off between 9.15 am and 9.30 am, picked up between 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm. Fee for late pick up after the class is $25 for every 30 minutes

No Refunds. If you decide to cancel or reschedule, you can apply the same funds to a different Summer Camp program for children. Parents can also use the option to register for a Pottery Class. These classes are subject to availability. Difference in price has to be paid.
