New Year, Best Self – Confidence and Self-Care Etiquette Ages 7-10 & 11-14

New Year, Best Self - Confidence and Self-Care Etiquette is a fun and inspiring class designed to help young people build confidence and develop essential self-care habits. In this interactive session, students will explore the power of goal-setting, learning how to set intentions that help them grow into their best selves. Each child will create a personal vision board, allowing them to visualize their dreams and goals for the new year. Alongside these activities, students will enjoy a friendly lunch and practice self-presentation etiquette, discovering how to carry themselves with poise and self-assurance. Through hands-on exercises and thoughtful guidance, they’ll leave with valuable skills for feeling confident, self-aware, and ready to take on the year ahead!In this class we will learn:

1. Goal Setting & Intentions Workshop

• Objective: Teach students the importance of goal-setting and how to create actionable, meaningful goals.

2. Vision Board Creation

• Objective: Help students visualize their dreams and aspirations to stay motivated.

• Objective: Teach essential self-care practices to promote well-being and self-confidence.

• Objective: Equip students with skills to present themselves confidently in social settings.
