Children's dinosaur craft workshop with author & illustrator Clare Elsom

The morning:
Join a ROARsome arts, craft and book workshop led by children's author and illustrator Clare Elsom. Perfect for younger children aged 4-9 years old.
Expect colour, creativity, and plenty of prehistoric fun!
Three activity tables will be set up for the children to flow around:
- Crafting, collaging and decorating paper dinosaurs
- Learning how to draw some dinosaur characters
- Dinosaur colouring-in and stickers
At 11am we'll have a break, and Clare will read her hit picturebook Excuse Me Are You a T-Rex?!
There will also be the chance to buy a signed copy of the book.
All art materials provided, plus a biscuit and juice halfway through.
One adult must stay with each set of children.
All participating children need a ticket each. Accompanying adults are free.
You are welcome to stay for the whole 2 hours, or leave whenever you're finished!
The venue:
We'll be using the upstairs studio at the lovely Cygnet Theatre, Friars Gate, Exeter, EX2 4AZ. Please come straight up the staircase and we'll be in the studio at the top with the black and white floor.
The Cygnet Theatre is just up from Exeter Quayside, and easily walkable from the City Centre. There is no car park, but some metered on-street car parking around the venue, and nearby car parks at Magdelen Street Car Park and the Cathedral & Quay multistorey.
