1. Parental SupervisionAll children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full duration of the workshop. Blossom Bar Houston will maintain a safe, organized environment, but we do not provide childcare or assume responsibility for supervising children.
2. Assumption of RiskThis workshop includes craft materials, small parts, paint, glitter, scissors, and other hands-on tools. Blossom Bar Houston takes reasonable steps to provide age-appropriate materials and maintain a safe workspace, but by attending, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.
3. Liability ReleaseBlossom Bar Houston takes due care to set up workshops responsibly and safely. Even with reasonable precautions, accidents can occur. By attending, you release Blossom Bar Houston, its staff, volunteers, and partners from liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation.
4. Allergies & SensitivitiesLight snacks may be served. Blossom Bar Houston avoids common high-risk allergens such as peanuts when selecting snacks; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to disclose allergies and monitor their child’s food consumption. Blossom Bar Houston is not responsible for allergic reactions.
5. Photo & Video NoticeBlossom Bar Houston may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. We make every effort to respect privacy. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform staff at check-in so accommodations can be made.
6. No Refunds PolicyAll sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by Blossom Bar Houston.
7. Damage to PropertyBlossom Bar Houston provides safe, age-appropriate tools and materials. Any damage caused to the venue or workshop supplies by a child under your care is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
8. Late ArrivalBlossom Bar Houston makes every effort to begin workshops on time and ensure all guests have access to materials. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be able to complete the activity due to limited supplies. Refunds will not be issued for late attendance.
