Twas the morning before Christmas, when all through the studio, not a creature was stretching... Or were they?Join us dressed as an Elf or in your PJs, on the 24th December at 9:30 for a 90minute Winter Wonderland Workshop.
All little Elves must attend with an Adult.
With Jingle bells in the back ground the Studio will turn in to a magical Elf workshop where we will spend the morning completing these important elf tasks:
Elf stretching workshop -After a long day of toy making, its important we stretch!
Designing & Cutting out Snowflakes for Winter - How else will it snow?
Christmas Tree Pose Challenge - Can you balance like a tree whilst being decorated?
Santa's Sleigh Ride - Can you balance with your adult and look like you're riding and guiding a sleigh?
Jingle Bell Breathwork - It isn't Christmas without the sound of Jingle bell's, can you make them jingle just by using deep breaths?
Silent night Savasana - You know Santa won't visit if you don't go to sleep! Let's practice closing our eyes and staying still.
All children will get a selection box, small gift and certificate to take home. Please put it in the notes if they have allergies.
Price is ÂŖ15 per adult and child ÂŖ10, extra for any additional children.
