The purpose pf this event is to inform the public about the need for childcare, how it’s being met in Ashe County, and suggestions for ways to increase enrollment.A panel of child care center directors will describe their centers, address needs and make suggestions for improvement.
Parents will relate their experiences seeking child care. Child care Center Directors and parents will make up the panel. The moderator is Sarah Jane Srweart 2nd V.P., ACDP. The moderator is Sarah Jane Stewart, 2 nd V.P., ACDP
A 20 minute documentary film “take Care” will inform the audience of child care issues in N.C.
