Latched Support In-person Workshop: Childbirth Readiness
Come learn in a fun way!
This FREE workshop is taught by a Certified Childbirth Educators and our Certified Childbirth Educators!
Our goal is to help you feel prepared and confident going into labor. We will discuss stages of labor, hospital expectations, your birth plan, coping and comfort measures, how partners can support during labor, and much more.You are welcome to bring your birthing ball and/or any massage/comfort measure techniques you plan to take to your birth.
Space for this workshop is limited to maintain intimacy of the workshop. Please only register if you plan to attend. We highly recommend your support partner attends.
Please bring your questions and be prepared to take notes throughout this workshop.
- FREE diapers & a birthing essential pack provided to eligible attendees.
