This 4-hour workshop is led by Ashleigh Pomponio, DONA Certified Birth Doula, and is rooted in Lamaze techniques. It combines clear, evidence-based education with hands-on practice—so you don’t just learn about birth, you practice for it.
You’ll cover:
* What to expect during labor
* Comfort measures & coping tools
* Laboring and birth positions
* Partner support + counter-pressure
* Advocacy and informed decision-making
The class supports all birth settings (hospital, birth center, and home) and is designed for pregnant people and their birthing partners.
