Childbirth Education

Our childbirth education classes include topics such as:

• anatomy and discomforts of pregnancy
• labor and delivery policies and procedures
• labor coping techniques and medical pain relief
• newborn care
• postpartum recovery

Please register for the first class of the month you wish to attend. You will be invited to 2 distinct classes held on-site at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville over a 2 week period (Wednesdays, 6-8 p.m. or Thursdays, 6-8 p.m.). Classes are held on the 3rd floor of Tennova, birth center classroom located in the 3rd floor lobby waiting area.

Registration is required but all classes are free of charge.
