During this one-day Saturday class we will discuss:
+ Managing remaining pregnancy
+ When to go to the hospital
+ Stages of labor
+ Positions for laboring at home and hospital
+ How to support the laboring person: breathing, massage, relaxation, etc
+ Medical interventions: induction, intervention, pain management options
+ Vaginal and cesarean delivery
+ Normal newborn behavior
+ Caring for the new family after delivery
