*For every $1 paid toward past due support, we will waive $1 of past due support owed to the State of Ohio, not to exceed the total balance due to the State of Ohio. Minimum payment of $100 and signed agreement at CSEA required. For payments exceeding $5000, waiver approval from State of Ohio Is required; therefore, additional processing time
