About this Event
Performing on period instruments, the string quartet from Red Dot Baroque presents “Child Prodigies” – an exploration of music written by composers in their teenage years! The music of Mozart, Mendelssohn and Arriaga contain a youthful vitality and childlike innocence, yet often with a degree of emotional and artistic maturity way beyond their years. Come up close to the performers in the intimate performance space of T:>Works 72-13 and experience this music amidst lighting design by Alberta Wileo. There will be a post-concert dialogue session with the performers after the 8pm shows on both days.
