Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) is an evidence-based, deeply empowering program designed to strengthen your bond, reduce behavioral issues, and promote lasting change through play, empathy, and partnership. Its a 10 week parenting group that gives you the skills to implement connection over correction.
-Decrease defiance, aggression, and anxiety
-Improve self-esteem, trust, and emotion regulation
-Deepen the emotional connection between parent and child
-Reduce parental stress and increase confidence
-Duration: 10 weekly group or individual sessions (60–90 minutes each)
-Format: Small groups of parents led by a trained CPRT facilitator
-Practice: You'll learn therapeutic play skills and practice them weekly with your child in 30-minute special playtimes at home
-Support: Receive personalized feedback, coaching, and encouragement throughout the program
