Child Friendly Breathwork + Ice Bath + Cacao Experience

Adapted from our super successful original event - 'Balanced Mornings' this event is designed to accommodate for and involve the kids!

For the older kids, above 12, they are encouraged to join and participate with what activities they feel comfortable

For kids who do not wish to participate, child minding is available onsite, upstairs under the guidance of our teenage daughter. Kids who are not participating in the Breathwork component are encouraged to play upstairs but are welcome to come down stairs and interact and watch the Ice bath therapy and join in on the Cacao Ceremony if they wish!

***Please note we do not Recommend Ice Bath Therapy for kids under 12

The idea of our Child Friendly Balanced Morning is for single parents or couples to come along and experience the healing benefits of Breathwork, Ice Bath Therapy and the connection of the Cacao, whilst exposing kids to these life changing, stress managing tools which can assist with the management of stress, anxiety, self-esteem and all in all helps with improved emotional wellbeing.

Group Guided Breathwork & Meditation Experience with Sound

Individual Ice Bath Experience (up to 3 minutes)

Balanced Mornings Venue

Our location is a private home, there is ample parking available on the street

21 Yoomba Crescent, Alexandra Headland, QLD 4572

PLEASE NOTE: Some GPS maps get confused by our address as we are technically a double frontage, but Maps does not recognize this. If you find you end up around the corner on Woonum street (the street directly behind us) , simply put 25 Yoomba crescent in your maps and you will be redirected back around the corner. Just remember to come into 21 Yoomba, we'll have a sign out the front and the letter box is clearly marked with 21.

Please bring with you:

Towel

Yoga mat or similar to lay on for the breath & cacao components

Water bottle

Warm clothing to wear after your ice bath

Socks and a blanket if the weather is cold for your breath and cacao ceremony

Snacks for your children

Appropriate entertainment for you kids ie Pram, soft toys, ipad

We are strictly limited to 12 places in order to ensure comfort and flow for all attendees and we are able to adhere to the 90-minute allotted time frame, so please register your ticket.

OUR REFUND POLICY

48 hours notice is required

• If you are able to give us 48 hours notice that you are unable to attend, we are able to transfer your ticket to an alternative event (of the same value) at no extra cost.

• If its less than 48 hours unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or transfer as our events are very small with a small capacity so we rely on all available tickets being sold in order to continue to offer our low cost events, thanks so much for understanding.
