Looking for some creative connection with your kiddo? Join us for a late morning of mindful movement and art making.
Laura, a certified yoga instructor, creative spirit and mother of three, will guide you and your little through breathing techniques to calm and center, short and sweet yoga sequences to move energy through the body and into making art, with a focus on remaining present in the process and having fun.
Open to children ages 3-7 and their parent/caregiver. Held in collaboration with Stibol Music. BYO yoga mat, if desired!
