APRIL IS CHILD ABUSE & NEGLECT PREVENTION & COUNSELING AWARENESS MONTH!

Child abuse & neglect are very real and a serious public health problem that have an adverse effect on childhood experiences. Child abuse and neglect has long term impacts on health opportunity and wellbeing. This issue includes all types of abuse and neglect of a child. 

In addition counseling is key in the recovery of a victim of child abuse and neglect. The Mercy Group (a faith based nonprofit 501 C 3 organization) is hosting an awareness information center and bake sale to raise funds for our programs and those impacted. COME OR DONATE BAKED GOODS / $$$$
