Blü Egyptian:

West Coast indie groove sensations Blü Egyptian are a youthful quartet based out of Chico CA. They have gained a reputation for their high energy shows with extended multi-genre jams meaningful songwriting and entertaining stage antics. Since the release of their first album in 2021 they have been playing every weekend across Norcal with tours to Oregon Washington SoCal and Nevada promoting their original music. They started out playing college parties and breweries gaining traction everywhere they went elevating them to Night Clubs Festivals and the occasional theater. With big opportunities arising daily you can find Blü Egyptian opening for national touring acts such as The Mother Hips and The String Cheese Incident. In less than three years Blü Egyptian has played over 200 shows establishing themselves as one of the most promising upcoming bands on the scene. Their ever growing fan base known as the Blü Crü continues to pack venues far and wide turning any room into the ultimate dance party. Since the release of their new live album Goin Places: Fall Tour '22 Blü Egyptian has been dropping weekly content on Archive Bandcamp and Youtube creating a vast universe of live recordings one could spend hours listening through finding new songs and styles around every corner. We have been recording every performance to create a live album showcasing our original songs with unique heady improv jams! We named it Snakes & Roses to represent the beauty and the evil in this life with our deep dark funk jams and blissful world music grooves. Mixed and Mastered by our own Neo Spectrum Artwork by Portlands Jam Band Artist Chris Stein (TelaWorks). CDs will be available at the show and it will be available on all streaming services May 6th!

Pipe Down:

One of the silver linings of the pandemic was all the beautiful music that emerged from it. Pipe Down from the north shore of Lake Tahoe is Exhibit A. The energy they bring to their live performances and the passion they have stirred up from a loyal fanbase is a remarkable thing to witness in such a short period of time.

Built on a lush foundation of seductive vocals and universal lyrical messages Pipe Down’s bandwagon gets more crowded by the moment. Their groove-based Cali-reggae vibe and stellar musicianship is clearly the culmination of talent and focused determination.
