Calling All Wing Lovers! We're kicking off Louisville Wing Week with a wing eating competition!
Will you be crowned the champion?
DM us, call the restaurant (502-242-8686), or sign up in person at the bar!
We're selecting 5 contestants randomly from who signs up.
Here's the details on the competion:
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older to compete (or have a signed waiver if younger, depending on venue policy).
All participants must sign a waiver releasing the restaurant/event from liability.
Competition Format
Time Limit: Competition lasts 12 minutes
Style: Wings will be served bone-in and fully sauced in our buffalo sauce.
Eating Method: Only the use of hands and mouths allowed. No utensils, napkins, or drinks (other than water provided by staff).
Judging
Wings must be eaten clean—little to no meat left on the bone.
Independent judges will determine if a wing is “finished.” Judges’ decisions are final.
Partially eaten wings do not count unless deemed sufficiently clean.
Scoring
The winner is the competitor who eats the most fully cleaned wings in the time limit.
Conduct
No sharing, throwing, or dropping wings intentionally.
No regurgitation—any “reversal of fortune” results in disqualification.
Competitors must remain seated during the contest.
Safety
Water will be provided, but contestants may not use it to “wash down” wings excessively.
If at any point a competitor feels unwell, they must stop immediately.
Staff/judges have the right to stop the competition for any safety concerns.
Prizes
First place: t-shirt, picture on the "wall of fame", $50 gift card
Runner-up: $25 gift card
