• You may pick up your friends’ T-shirts and packets as long as you have their valid ticket.
• Once a ticket has been scanned, it can no longer be used again.

Can I pick up a friend’s packet?

• Yes. You can pick up your friends’ Lucky Charms essentials as long as you have a valid ticket for each person.

How will I know the participating venues?

• A logistics email will be sent with a map that includes all participating venues.

What is the difference between Early Bird General Admission, General Admission Tier 2, and Bird Who Snoozed General Admission?

• These are all the same general admission ticket, just offered at different price points depending on when you purchase. Early Bird pricing is a limited-time discounted rate for guests who buy early.

Does the name on the ticket matter?

• No. The name on the ticket does not matter. As long as the guest is 21+ and the ticket has not already been scanned, it will be accepted.

Are tickets refundable?

• Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferable, resold, or credited toward future events depending on the event policy.

Can a friend check me in if I cannot make the last check-in time?

• Yes. If you are unable to arrive before the final check-in, a friend can check in for you using your ticket. They will need to meet you outside the venue to put your wristband on for entry.

Do I have to be 21+ to attend?

• Yes. This is a 21+ event.

What happens if the weather is bad?

• This is a rain, snow, or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
