Chicago’s popular Jerk, Seafood & Vegan Festival (JSVFest), presented by Martin’s International Foundation, is set for September 20 -21, 2025 and will take place in the West Loop, outside Union Park, 1500 West Washington Boulevard between North Ashland and Ogden/Randolph Street in Chicago, Illinois.
The JSVFest, now in its 9 th year, will serve up the best Caribbean jerk, grilled seafood, and plant-based cuisine with an island twist featuring the most popular restaurants and culinary artists in the Chicago area. The JSVFest 2025 menu will offer delicious staples like jerk chicken, steamed red snapper, and an expanded selection for vegan/vegetarians like curried plant-based meats and seasonal root vegetables from Africa, India, and the caribbean.
“We are excited to bring JSVFest to the West Loop area near the historic Fulton District where many of Chicago’s famous restaurants and chefs come together to connect food, culture, art, and ideas to build engaged and inclusive communities,” said Dr. Ephraim Martin, founder and chairman of Martin’s International Foundation.
In addition to great food, attendees will be entertained by local bands and performing artists repping Pop, R&B, Reggae, Dancehall, Afrobeat, Blues, Jazz, Caribbean, EDM, Latin, and World Music.
