Many professionals are promoted into leadership roles without formal leadership training. They are expected to motivate teams, communicate clearly, and guide decisions while managing competing priorities.


Without a clear understanding of leadership styles and communication strategies, leaders struggle to gain buy in, navigate difficult conversations, or align teams around goals.


This two-day leadership development workshop helps participants understand their leadership style, strengthen communication skills, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.


Through practical frameworks, guided reflection, and interactive exercises, participants learn how to communicate more effectively, influence decisions, and lead teams with purpose. Registration is limited to maintain a highly interactive learning experience.

Leadership Communication

• Communicating up, down, and across the organization

• Delivering feedback and navigating difficult conversations


Influence and Decision Leadership

Leaders must be able to move ideas into action and gain alignment across stakeholders.

Participants practice:

• Structuring conversations that lead to decisions

• Influencing without formal authority

• Building credibility and trust

• Facilitating productive meetings and discussions


Leadership Action Planning

Participants conclude the workshop by developing a practical leadership action plan.

Each participant will leave with:

• A leadership development plan

• Communication strategies they can apply immediately

• Clear next steps for strengthening their leadership effectiveness
