Chicago is the capital of comedy in the Midwest, and we’re bringing some of the best talent from the Windy City right here to Columbus!About Kristen: Kristen Toomey’s standup career began in 2008. Since then she has headlined comedy clubs all over North America and the UK. Her recent Micro Special, produced by Zanies Chicago, was well received with over 300K views. Currently, with back to back viral reels amassing 20M+ views, her follower count continues to skyrocket.
About Sarah: Sarah Perry is a Chicago-based national touring comedian and writer whose fearless delivery and subject matter is highly relatable and resoundingly funny. Sarah graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2016 with a degree in Comedy Writing and Performance and has also completed The Comedy Studies program and graduated from The Conservatory at The Second City, as well as the improv program at iO Theatre.
About Nina: Nina Kern is a stand-up comedian, actor, and podcast host in Chicago, Illinois. Ever since escaping the clutches of her conservative hometown, Nina has made it her life’s passion to make people laugh using her life experiences.
About Justin: Justin Golak’s comedy offers a brutal but thoughtful take on all the things your mom told you not to talk about in polite conversation. Delivered with just the right amount of infamous Golak charm, he’ll only leave you with a small urge to punch him in the face and a more pressing one to hear what he said again.
About Chad the Bird: Chad the Bird has been Chicago’s only Avian Op Ed columnist for 12 years at Chicago’s Live Magazine: The Paper Machete a weekly showcase hosted at The Green Mill that TimeOut Chicago has called “a cavalcade of culture, politics and wit”.
