We are pleased to announce that the UK mirror of 2026 Chicago Open will be held on the 8th of August 2026 at the University of Southampton. The tournament will be held in Building 65 on Avenue Campus. Players should aim to arrive by 9:30am for a 10am start, with a projected end time around 7pm. The base fee for this tournament without submitting a half packet will be £160. If you submit a half packet before the deadline of June 1st, the base fee is £120. You can request a distribution for a half packet by contacting mitchmc10 AT yahoo DOT com. Further discounts will be applied based on how early a half packet is submitted as follows:
March 15: -£60
March 22: -£55
March 29: -£50
April 5: -£45
April 12: -£40
April 19: -£35
April 26: -£30
May 3: -£25
May 10: -£20
May 17: -£15
May 24: -£10
May 31: -£5
June 7: £0
The initial field cap will be 6 teams. We will make decisions on expanding the field cap based on mod availability and whether or not the number of teams will make for a feasible tournament, so please sign up and request a packet distribution even if you are initially on the waitlist.
