We have been organizing, cheering, or running at the Wentworth cheer station since 2010. We’ll be at 26th and Wentworth, in front of the U-Haul building, just before the mile 22 marker. Look for the Bears tent.
Our cheering station has grown each year, and we love supporting the runners. It’s a tailgate-like party, so bring chairs and coolers. For spectators, our location offers easy street parking and access, though you may need to walk a couple of blocks if parking after 7am.
While donations for our cheer section are appreciated, they are not required. Many runners look forward to our support at this challenging part of the course. Please comment on what you’d like to bring. Suggestions are welcome!
