Chicago, it is November. The lights are going up, and your group chat is already competing over who is bringing the best Friendsgiving dish.

8 to 10 spirits brands (20+ varieities), each mixing a holiday cocktail they built themselves, with the recipe sitting right there on the table. Watch it get made, taste it, take the card home, and spend the next 6 weeks being the person who "just kind of threw this together."

Prefer it neat? Every table will pour you the spirit straight, no notes.

How the tastings work: every ticket comes with a set number of tastings, and you choose the form for each one. Take it as a full 1 ounce cocktail, or as a 1/4 ounce straight pour. Your call, every time.
