The more, the merrier. ON is partnering with the Venados, Berwyn, Gold Coast and Chingonas Run Clubs for the ultimate shakeout. We'll start with a community run and then celebrate with tacos, a customization station and more. Everyone is welcome. See schedule of events below.

12 - 2 p.m. Marathoner Mindset journaling session hosted by Dale Erdmier
5 - 6 p.m. Shakeout Run (3 miles all paces)
6:30-9 p.m Pasta Party potluck style (share your favorite dish)
