Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to participate in this outdoor session. Mats are provided—just bring a water bottle and towel! To attend, meet in the lobby of The Westin Michigan Avenue hotel at 7:45am, and we will walk to the beach as a group.
