Chicago Alumni Veterans Gathering

Join the SIU Alumni Association and the Saluki Alumni Veterans Group for an evening of connection, camaraderie, and Saluki pride. You'll also learn how changes to the PACT Act can help more veterans in filing disability claims related to their service. This special gathering is open to alumni, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and ROTC students. Family and friends are welcome too!

Let us help you gain access to your veteran's healthcare. Special guest will be Kevin Barszcz, director of the Mayor's Office of Veterans Affairs (MOVA).

Enjoy appetizers provided by the Association and a cash bar as you network with fellow Saluki veterans and learn more about how you can continue to support the education of military students at SIU Carbondale.

Come share your stories, build new connections, and celebrate the legacy of Saluki service together.

This gathering is part of the Saluki Takeover Chicago Tour, which will feature additional opportunities for you to meet with university leaders.
