Our 2021-2022 season opener, Chiaroscuro, marks Sandra and Robert Morgan’s farewell performance with the ensemble. Written for Rembrandt’s 30th anniversary, we will present the world premiere of Stacy Garrop’s Chiaroscuro. Defined in art as a striking difference between dark and light, the remainder of the program embodies chiaroscuro from the emotional shifts of a Rachmaninov Trio to the youthful vigor of a Mendelssohn Piano Quartet.GUEST ARTISTS: Jeannie Yu, Victor Santiago Asuncion, piano
