CHI WOW WAH CITY, in collaboration with Village Underground Lisboa, proudly presents the Portuguese debut of Uone’s The Doors & Jim Morrison Tribute Experience, landing in Lisboa on Saturday, 16th May.
Celebrating 60 years of The Doors, this world-first deep house tribute transforms the legendary music, poetry, and spirit of Jim Morrison into a 90–120 minute immersive audio-visual experience. Featuring custom remixes, rare edits, and iconic tracks including Riders on the Storm, L.A. Woman, Light My Fire, Break On Through and Roadhouse Blues, Uone reimagines the catalogue through hypnotic grooves, psychedelic textures, and driving dancefloor energy.
Following its European premiere in Amsterdam, the journey now lands at Village Underground Lisboa, one of Portugal’s most iconic cultural playgrounds. Built from repurposed shipping containers and buses, this boundary-pushing creative hub has become a beacon for music, art, and forward-thinking expression in Lisboa. A fitting home for a tribute that bridges 1960s counterculture and modern underground dancefloor ritual.
Far beyond a DJ set, the show unfolds as a full-blown Tribute Experience complete with immersive visuals, era-inspired stage aesthetics, and a carefully curated sonic journey that captures the mystique of late-60s counterculture while igniting a modern club ritual.
Joining the night as special supporting headliners are Just Emma, founders of Underyourskin Records, and Yokoo, All Day I Dream artist and founder of Satya Records. Both long-time friends of Uone and the wider CHI WOW WAH TOWN family, Just Emma and Yokoo will each deliver extended sets, carefully guiding the journey and ensuring the vibe is elevated to its maximum frequency from open to close.
