About this Event
Join us on Saturday, May 18th!

We’re excited to bring our team of MS specialists to this Cheyenne MS Community Forum, where they’ll discuss the latest in MS research and advances in the field, as well as how to maximize the lifelong brain health of those living with MS.

Our neurologist, licensed clinical social worker, health & well-being coach, and physical therapist will provide formal presentations and create space for an open dialogue to ask questions. Alongside these sessions, you’ll also have social time to connect with others living with MS in your community. All guests will receive a catered breakfast and lunch, alongside a complimentary assistive devices gift bag!

Beyond the opportunities provided by the forum, attending our event will also link you to our free direct support services, giving you access to our online counseling sessions, virtual exercise classes, and health and well-being coaching.

Live Learning Events

The Community Forum will include the following presentations and open discussion sessions with a neurologist, a social worker, and educators from the Rocky Mountain MS Center:

MS Today

This session will provide a space for participants to introduce themselves and learn how what we know about MS has changed over time. This session will be presented by LCSW Elissa Berlinger and Kelsey Morrow, the RMMSC education manager and certified health and well-being coach.

Living Well with MS Sessions

These presentations on wellness and lifestyle choices to help people living with MS maximize their quality of life will be led by both MS-specialty physical therapist, Michele Harrison, and Elissa Berlinger, LCSW.

Conversations on MS

Conversations on MS is an audience-directed discussion with the RMMSC’s MS-specialty neurologist Dr. Robert Gross. This session will include a short presentation on research updates followed by a Q&A. This will be a unique opportunity to ask questions that there might not be time for during a regular clinic visit with your neurologist.
