Really Good Friday returns for its sixth instalment on March 29th 2024. Over the years this gig series has become place where trailblazing meets tradition, where DIY punk culture clashes with ticket scalper facebook bots, and where eager anticipation meets raw emotional release. It's the best.
Also, in the past few years we've noticed imitations popping up - bands / artists titling their gigs Great Friday or some other lazy variation on the theme, and we thought it would be worth addressing this here on the event page and stating that we will no longer be taking this lying down. In previous years we had taken a "live and let live" stance on this matter but this year we mean business. Anyone caught ripping on our IP is gonna be shat on in the most public and unceremonious way possible. Try it and see how petty I can be.
But yeah anyway we're playing a gig on Good Friday and we call it Really Good Friday because the gigs tend to be really good. Capacity is much more limited in the Workmans than The Button Factory where we had our last Dublin show, so get your ticket early to avoid disappointment in the event of a quick sellout.
