WMA MI2 will be hosting the food portion of the MVH Chesterfield 5kBelow are the items we will need for approximately 300 people:
Hot dogs
Buns
Condiments
Pop
Water
Chips
Hot dog trays
Napkins
We are asking for donations of regular and sugar free pop in cans, cases of chips and snacks in individual serving size, cases of water, napkins and packets of condiments.
These items can be dropped off at 4 Corners Diner and Romeo Wendys after May 1st
Monetary donations to help offset the items not donated and the purchase of the hot dogs and buns can be made out and sent to: WMA-MI2 Motor City

We drop everything off that Friday, May 10th that way it will be onsite Saturday morning.
Below is the event timing/schedule:
SATURDAY, May 11th
7:30am- 9am - Volunteer check-in
7:30am -9:45am - Event Check-in – walk on
8:30am – Members to the starting line with a walker.
8:45am – Posting of colors/national anthem
9:00am – Remembrance Walk starts.
9:00am – Members in chariots for 5K.
9:00am - Finisher medals volunteers at the finish line for walkers.
9:45am – Call all 5k runners to the start line.
10:00am – 5K starts.
10am-12pm – Hotdog lunch
10:15-11am – Finisher medals at finish line.
11:30am- 11:45am – Top age bracket winners and silent auction announced.
12pm – Closing ceremony and retire colors (VFW).
