About this Event
Description: During this session we will discuss: What is binding and how to do it safely?, different brands and styles to find what works best for you, how to measure yourself to get a properly fitted binder, and programs that exist to help get you one for free. Participants will be able to ask questions and will get free access to an app where they can calculate their size in a binder across brands. Before the session closes, we will have volunteers to provide free sizing services at the event (you cannot be actively binding while this is done).
