Join Point 2 and Goode Sports Medicine for a special group run on Monday, September 30. Their team will lead stretch demos and provide compression boot therapy demos. Come, ask questions, and get ready to Rethink, Recover, and Repair after you run!Our run is open to all paces. Our route is stroller friendly and consists of a 1.5 mile loop that you can choose to do twice (or more). Complimentary Nuun will be provided at the finish. Hang out with us post run; Wasserhund offers specials to our Group Run participants, so be sure to mention you ran with us!
