Cherry Hill Development Final Plans Presentation

Greetings @everyone,
The Cherry Hill plans are being finalized. We have an opportunity to send a message to the City Council to adopt the whole plan as a whole package and to preserve our existing neighborhoods. To do this, we need your voice and your vote!
The Cherry Hill developer is hosting a special meeting for the neighbors of West Salem Hills. This will be a review of the final plans before filing the application with the City. This is our opportunity to use our voices to tell the City Council that we want this plan adopted as a whole package.
The developer has listened to us and made several changes that benefit our neighborhood.
Your vote is telling the City Council what the community supports.
This is our moment to show community support and for a lasting impact on our neighborhood's future.
Meeting Details:
Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: Roth’s Fresh Market Event Center
1130 Wallace Rd NW
West Salem, OR
To Be Discussed:
1 )Rezone Cherry Hill for less high density housing.
2 )Relocating the high density housing to Grice Hill
Park acreage in exchange for two parks in Cherry Hill.
3 )Amending the City's Transportation System Plan.
Please mark your calendars now and join us on November 11th.
Let’s make sure our neighborhood is well-represented before the City Council. Strong turnout is critical to demonstrating to the City Council how much our community cares about this outcome.
